Meet the Team

Larissa began her theatrical journey in 2012 as a Company manager on The House of Dancing Water. In 2014 The Works Entertainment recruited her for their Melbourne office, but she soon found herself deployed across the globe handling tours of their successful Illusionists franchise and other shows. After a stint running her own climbing business in Brazil, she went back on tour with Disney’s Lion King. Having spent a decade on the road, she was ready to settle and joined Scott Fleary in 2022.  She brings advanced logistical and administrative skills to the project office that are tempered by a decade of frontline industry experience.
