Draughtsperson – Freelance, Fixed Term Contract and Permanent Roles

Some exciting opportunities have arisen in our growing technical design team. Due to recent expansion in capacity, Scott Fleary is looking to broaden its network of experienced draughtspersons, either freelance or on fixed term or permanent contracts.

These roles will cover the full range of Scott Fleary's work and offer the opportunity to work in a creative and varied environment. Working alongside our existing project management and draughting teams the roles sit at the heart of our process and involve working with the teams to develop client designs in to bench-ready drawings for our in-house workshops.

Scott Fleary is a leading scenic production company within the entertainment sector. With over 25 years of experience within the television, theatre, opera, experiential and events industries, Scott Fleary offers a high quality finish combined with a deep understanding of client and project needs.

The roles will be based at our workshops in Streatham, South West London.
Salary is industry competitive and adjustable with experience.

Our Draughtspersons are part of the Project Management team and report to the Head of Projects.

Prospective candidates should have:
- Proven history of project work and production of fabrication drawings
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly outlook
- Good self-direction and the ability to work to schedules and deadline
- Experience working as part of a team and liaising with designers, production managers etc.
- Detailed knowledge of AutoCAD
- Detailed material knowledge for the industry

Project Managers – Freelance, Fixed Term Contract and Permanent Roles

As part of the ongoing growth of the company Scott Fleary Productions is now looking to broaden its network of Project Managers, in the following capacities – freelance, fixed term contract or permanent.

We are one of London’s leading scenic construction companies building quality scenery for the entertainment, events and arts industries. The varied nature of projects undertaken by Scott Fleary offer the right candidates a place to demonstrate their ability in completing projects to time, target and budget.

Working alongside our other Project Managers and the Draughting team and reporting to the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for your own projects including costing and project accounting, liaison with the client, designers and subcontractors, an overview of materials and construction through the workshop and overseeing the supervision of installation on site.

The ideal candidates should have a minumum 5 years relevant industry Project Management experience.
Salary is industry competitive and adjustable with experience.
