Vogue partnered with Westfield to stage a Weekend of Wellness at Westfield London, Shepherd’s Bush (June 14-16) and Westfield Stratford City (June 28 to 30) for three-day interactive events. It was one-stop wellbeing and a rare occasion for the public to access premium wellness brands.

The distinct areas included the Wellness Bar housing the plant-based gourmet burgers, a meditation area, a treatment spa, a Kombucha bar, and a studio area for workshops and demonstrations. These we all ‘design and built’ off site by Scott Fleary and transport between venues.

The venues were not originally intended to host events of this size, with 99% of the event components having to fit in to a average-sized goods lift! With that in mind the event space is nearly 40m long, with the central Wellness bar being 10m in diameter and 5m high. These venues provided us with unique challenges in build method, access and logistics.
